The Youth and Women Empowered Network (YWEN) is a coalition of 14 legally registered, youth- and women-led organizations committed to advancing empowerment, leadership, and equality. YWEN strives to drive positive social change by advocating for the economic, political, and social empowerment of youth and women, while promoting gender-responsive leadership. Through the collaborative efforts of its member organizations, YWEN seeks to foster sustainable development in communities across the country. Committed to promoting leadership and active participation in governance and decision-making spaces for youth and women-led organizations, YWEN's work is rooted in creating opportunities for meaningful engagement of young people and women in the civic space.
